Lindsay and Sidney were born on May 25,1970 in Hollywood, California. When they were 2 years old they did there first movie "Sunshine." The Director of Sunshine was named Joseph Seargent. He recommended to Michael Landon that he consider them for the part of Carrie Ingalls on his made for television movie "Little House on The Prairie." The girls went for the interview & Michael liked them immediately.


By the time filming started they had just turned 3, so it was the summer of 1973. After the success of the TV Movie Pilot NBC decided to make the remaining books into a series. Lindsay and Sidney were on the show up until 1982 when they started "Little House: A New Beginning."

While they were on the show they did several commercials & benefits. Among these were Mardi Gra, Hallmark, Double Mint, Mattel Toys & Kentucky Fried Chicken.

After the show ended they both pursued acting careers. Lindsay did an episode of "Mat Houston". While Sidney Co-stared with Alan Hale, Jr. (the skipper) in a children's movie called "Hambone & Hillie."


Getting work as a teen actress is hard, so they decided to take a break & concentrate on school. In high school, Sidney was involved in many theater productions put on by the schools Theater Arts department. One of her favorites was an 8 hour condensed version of "The Life & Times of Nicholas Nickleby"

Today neither of the girls actively pursue an acting career, but they have both stated that if they were offered parts they would probably take them.
