Many fans have posted mentioning that they have never seen this movie or the sequel. I have made 8 clips of the best scenes from the first film. I'll post clips from the sequel soon. (I have a bad copy of part 2, If you have a good copy email me and I'll be happy to pay or trade for a copy.) 
Hope these clips let you get a feel of this movie. It's a great series and I just LOVE the soundtrack to it. Please share your opinions and thoughts about these clips in this thread.

| yep, Larry -John Boy got the part. I think he did a great job with this--not many men could have other than Michael Landon.
Thanks Lennon, for taking the time to share these. Its been a while since I've seen this movie. It had some really good scenes.
I think my favorite was Pa and Laura at the window with the wolves.

| Lennon - big thanks for posting (and fixing! ) these clips ! I really enjoyed watching them!
The 6th clip insist on dying after about 20 seconds though but apart from that they all worked perfectly
It seems like a really great movie and it does indeed seem to be pretty close to the books!
