Prologe:wallnut grove was destroyed and the wilders went to live in New York.

Laura put the fish in the oven and poured glasses of milk for her, Jenny, and Almanzo. Almanzo wasn't home yet and she wanted everything to be ready when he got home. She had been trying to be as happy as she could since the move.

This could be interesting, because at the end of LHOP Almanzo and Laura were supposed to go to Burr Oak with her parents. But New York means Almanzo could be going back to close where his parents used to live, near Mary and Adam, near Nellie and Percival, or somewhere else. Lots of potential here.
