| It's "Dine With Your Dog Day" in some states this weekend, but celebration is open to interpretation. "Desperate Housewives" actress Nicollette Sheridan and "Exorcist" head-turner Linda Blair were supposed to eat dog food during a promotional event in Los Angeles. "This is not 'Fear Factor,' " Sheridan said Thursday, balking at the idea. Blair also declined, explaining she's a vegetarian. But Melissa Gilbert and Ross the Intern from Jay Leno's "Tonight" show were game and scooped up helpings of doggie morsels. Pictured below, Melissa Gilbert and Ross the Intern from "The Tonight Show" eat dog food to promote "Dine With Your Dog Day.

| You know ladies, I was thinking the same thing! I've let this topic sit for awhile, because I didn't want to touch it. I love Melissa, but she's choosing them odd anymore.
How about just shouting out..."Have your pet spayed or neutered!"

| Dog food is supposed to taste pretty good and be nutritous-thats why alot of older poor people eat it. Sad but true. I dont know from personal experiance though! I love animals, but i do enjoy a good steak every now and then...Guess all thats left to say is-you are a brave woman Melissa!!!! Dont know if i could do it!
If only all dads could be as great as Charles Ingalls! |
