| Hi everyone!
Not sure if this has been discussed previously, but I wanted to bring it up. Also, not sure if it should be under cast discussions...however...
Does anyone ever wish that Miss Beadle would have visited Walnut Grove when Laura was teaching, visit Mary at the blind school or even stay at 'Nellies'? Its like she was literally 'history' after she left town.
I liked her character so much it was disappointing she didn't return for at least one later episode.

I don't think we've discussed this before, but after 13 months of being on here, I can't even begin to tell you. You picked a good place to start this thread.
I always wished she would have returned for a visit, but I think it would have been hard because they would have had to ask at least the actor who played her husband to come back too. The baby would have been old enough where any child could have played him, and Luke could have been married by then.
Maybe there could have been an episode while EJ was still teaching where she got hurt and Miss Beadle could have filled in for her.

| Its sad that Miss Beadle never came back. It would have been cool is they did a 'The Return of Miss Beadle' episode, like they did The Return of Nellie.

| It would have been nice to see Miss Beadle again! She was such a wonderful teacher - and a great character! I really missed her when she left the show....

| I hated when Miss Beadle left. I wish they would have brought her back to. Then we would have had a better idea what happened to her.

| Maybe someone needs to do a fanfic story, this would be a great storyline. She was by far my favorite teacher, other than Laura of course.

| That's a great idea Lorrie, I really liked Miss Beadle too. I wish she could have come back for at least a visit or something. It was really sad when she left.

| I think that would be realy cool if she could have come back to visit mary and laura teaching. i think it would be a great idea.

| Since people tend to show up again in Walnut Grove I always thought it sad that Miss Beadle/Mrs Simms did not get to come back ever after they moved away. Miss Beadle was the big inspiration for teaching for both Mary and Laura so it would have made perfect sense I think for her to visit and see them both again at some time
